Gorgeous flat Positive: The flat is brand new and beautiful. Location is handy, swimming pool perfect, espresso machine a nice touch, etc. you get the idea. One thing, when you approach the flat you will notice a key safe to the left of the door. Ignore it as you don't need it. If you fumble with the lock to wake it and enter the code, you are done. Negative: This is not the host's fault, but the builder's: - there are very few sockets and none have a usb option. There are none in the bedroom that are accessible. The only one that is usable is behind the sofa. So, bring adaptors ;) - the a/c works fine, but the thermostat seems to operate only as an on/off button. It can get cold... (Maybe cleverer people than me can find out how to operate it) - the front door stays open, meaning that the latch doesn't engage. Remember to lock it by lifting the handle. - the sliding door to the WC (not the main bathroom) is stuck. One last thing, the flat could do with a frying pan and some cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. From this list one might think I hated it, but that was not so. As I said, the flat *is* lovely and I recommend it.

Beautiful Apartment, But Be Aware of the Surroundings Positive: The apartment itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the team managing it was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Negative: However, we experienced a few hiccups during check-in, and the building is still a work in progress. Be prepared to walk through a parking lot with construction workers around, and occasional random alarms or technical issues. If you're sensitive to noise or prefer a more finished environment, this might be a concern. That said, once inside, the apartment is truly great and comfortable.
